Children's magnetic safety system for the mechanism of a chain blind. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention relates to a children's magnetic safety system for the mechanism of a chain blind / curtain comprising a safety device attachable to a chain command device of those placed on a rail. The said child magnetic safety system being configured so that when the chain ring of the safety device with a force equal to or greater than 6kg is stretched for a maximum of 5 seconds, the safety device automatically disengages from the chain command device, releasing the chain ring, thus eliminating the danger that the chain ring will remain tense and can hang a small child (complying with European standard EN 13120). Once the safety device is uncoupled, it can be easily, quickly and automatically re-coupled to the chain command device thanks to the attraction force of the magnets that both devices comprise inside. Simply bring the security device closer to the command string device intuitively.
Find special application in the field of blinds and curtains industry.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The ropes and chains that are used to drive the blinds / curtains, can pose a danger to young children, as they could suffer an accidental strangulation. Therefore, there are safety devices on the market to prevent such accidents.
The current child safety devices are external accessories to the rail of the standard chain blind mechanism and are usually placed at any height of the chain joining two or more balls of the chain so that when pulling and exceeding a certain weight the device opens releasing the chain
However, these current child safety devices have the following disadvantages:
- they do not allow the use of continuous chains, indispensable for command ratios other than 1: 1,
5

35
- they do not allow a pulling force greater than 3kg in the chain, preventing the operation of a blind / curtain greater than this weight,
- they cause great friction in the transmission system reducing the efficiency of the system and lose efficiency when they have already been released several times,
- the devices that are larger than the balls of the chain itself, cannot pass through the chain command so that the maximum length to actuate of a blind is equal to the total length of the spliced chain, while the devices that are equal or smaller than the balls of the chain itself are reassembled with great difficulty once they have been opened due to their small size.
Therefore, the present invention comes to solve the problems of the state of the art mentioned above.

DESCRIPTION OF AN EXAMPLE OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention relates to a child magnetic safety system (1) comprising a safety device (2) attachable to a chain command device (3) of a standard chain-to-chain mechanism, where:
- the safety device (2) comprises a housing (4) and a housing cover (10) housing a transmission wheel (7) and a chain ring (6), where the transmission wheel (7) comprises a internal teeth (9), and
- the chain command device (3) comprises a fairing (13) and a fairing cover (25) housing a transmission gear (15), a base (18), an orbital gear set (19), an actuator of the brake (20), a brake transmission (22), brake springs (23) and a brake cylinder (24), where the transmission gear (15) comprises a toothed head (16) that fits into the inner teeth (9) of the transmission wheel (7) of the safety device (2) to transmit movement to the transmission gear (15) of the chain command device (3).

Additionally, the safety device (2) and the chain command device (3) comprise complementary magnetic coupling means consisting of a magnet (8) comprised in the transmission wheel (7) and a magnet (17) comprised in the serrated head (16), so that said magnetic coupling means, allow the safety device (2) to be coupled and fixed to the chain command device (3) due to the magnetic force exerted on each other when facing the magnets ( 8.17). Simply bring the safety device (2) to the chain command device (3) intuitively so that they are coupled. The housing (4) comprises a rough area (27) that allows a better grip and greater comfort.
This child magnetic safety system (1) allows the safety device (2) to be disengaged from the chain command device (3) when a tension in the vertical direction and direction towards the ground equal to or greater than is applied to the chain ring (6) a predetermined threshold set at 6Kg.
The transmission wheel (7) is encased between the housing (4) and the housing cover (10), ensuring that said transmission wheel (7) cannot leave the safety device (2) no matter how large the tension executed on the chain ring (6). The housing (4) glides the rotation of the transmission wheel (7).
This transmission wheel (7) rotates by the tension made on the chain ring (6), which is fitted in the spherical cavities of the upper part of the transmission wheel (7), and transmits said force to the gear transmission (15) of the chain command device (3). The transmission of the force effected on the chain ring (6) to the chain command device (3) is guaranteed thanks to the internal toothing (9) of the transmission wheel (7) in which the toothed head (16) of the transmission gear fits transmission (15) and thanks to the force of cohesion exerted between the magnet (8) of the transmission wheel (7) and the magnet (17) of the transmission gear (15). The magnets (8,17) are made of neodymium to guarantee the great durability of the magnetic force.
This force of cohesion of the magnets (8,17), can be overcome by the tension made on the chain ring (6). To control this limit of forces, the fairing (13) of the chain command device (3) comprises a protuberance (14) on the face directed towards the safety device (2) in the form of a pyramidal trunk that fits into a recess (11 ) included in the housing cover (10) of the safety device (2). The described geometry optimizes the

retention and durability of the fixation of the safety device (2) and the chain command device (3), also regulating the necessary tension to be applied to the chain ring (6) to overcome the cohesion between the magnets (8,17). This fixing system is extremely robust, compact and reliable.
The design of the fairing (13) and the housing cover (10) make it easier for the safety device (2) to be attached to the chain command device (3) by means of a single position that enhances the transmission of force and help to the easy expulsion in case of exceeding the tension force in the chain ring (6).
The housing (4) of the child safety device (2) comprises an opening (5) in the lower part through which the chain ring (6) hangs.
Additionally, the children's magnetic safety system (1) has the versatility of being coupled to both the right and left sides of the rail without having to implement any changes and can be attached and decoupled from the chain command device (3) so many times as desired since it does not lose effectiveness, unlike conventional safety devices which after clutch more than 10 times significantly reduce its effectiveness.
The drive made on the chain ring (6) is transmitted to the transmission wheel (7) of the child safety device (2), and in turn, transmits it directly to the transmission gear (15) of the chain command device ( 3), and this at the same time transmits it to the brake actuator (20) and is transferred, opening the brake springs (23), directly to the brake transmission (22) that is attached to the axis of the mechanism, which transfers the turning effort to a set of two or more calda cord cylinders that wind and unwind the calda cords to raise (through the transmitted traction of the chain ring) and lower (due to gravity) the blinds. The chain command device (3) at the same time that it transmits to the axle the traction movement made to the chain ring (6), releases the pressure of the brake springs (23) that retains the force that gravity causes when no traction is carried out some to the chain ring (6) (state of rest).
The use of chain command devices (3) with a 1/4 or 1/5 ratio allow to actuate blinds or curtains of great weights with the same safety device (2) by dividing the force exerted by the curtain multiplying the number of turns that it is exerted on the chain command device (3).
The diameter of the safety device (2) must have a minimum measurement that cannot fit in a 31.7mm diameter to comply with the child safety regulations in force in Europe (EN13120) that determines this measure as the maximum diameter of the trachea of a child (susceptible to accidentally swallowing the safety device) to avoid possible drowning due to airway obstruction.
In figures 4a, 4b and 4c the sequence of how the safety device (2) is decoupled from the chain command device (3) after receiving the chain ring (6) has a tension equal to or greater than 6 kg. When the child safety device (2) is uncoupled, the weight 10 of the blind stretches the cords of the cord broth towards the ground and when no force is received on the chain ring (6), the chain command device (3) is braked by the brake springs (23) that rest expanding to the braking cylinder (24), and only release said pressure, when receiving traction on the chain ring (6) that contracts the brake springs (23) by the force that executes the actuator of the brake (20).
fifteen
The child safety device (2) is fully compatible with the 1: 1 direct relation chain (3) command devices (which when stretching 1 meter of chain, exactly 1 meter of blindness is raised) or de-multiplied (which when stretching 1 meter of chain, it rises approximately 0.25 meters of blindness).

The present invention should not be limited to the embodiment described here. Other configurations may be made by those skilled in the art in view of the present description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.
